Vulnerable Customer Policy (v1.2)

Our firm treats all customers fairly. Staff are reminded annually to look out for customers in financial difficulty. Complaints should be sent to the complaints inbox and acknowledged within 10 business days. Where a customer indicates they are a vulnerable customer, the adviser will pause and offer them additional time. We do not generally record vulnerability indicators. Past performance of our model portfolios has been strong. Investments may be sold at any time and capital is guaranteed.
